Today's edition of covers features David Bazan: frontman of Pedro the Lion (before that band ended) and Headphones, amazing songwriter, recent Barsuk Records signee, and all around cool guy. Dave writes the kind of songs that stick in your brain forever: not for a few weeks or when you're in the mood for a certain type of song, I mean literally forever. Maybe i'm going too far with this, but I hope you take it as a gentle suggestion. I know you're a bazan fan as I am, it's only that I enjoy a lot the christmas 7", but I don't have any of them because i live in mexico, anyway I'm just missing one song, "away in a manger". It would be any chance to get a digital format of the song? I own all the ptl albums i can afford, just don't want to die without hearing this song.
